Your mission
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Digital Campaign Manager to join our collaborative and driven Creative Suite working across HELLO! and HELLO! Fashion online. The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for delivering best-in-class data-driven integrated campaigns across a range of business areas including branded content, premium display, and social.
Please note this is a hybrid role, working 3 days in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate and optimise branded content campaigns, paid and organic social campaigns, premium display campaigns and marketing campaigns.
- Manage paid budgets for social and premium display campaigns, continually innovating and coming up with creative ways to enhance campaign performance using new features and tech.
- Monitor campaign results, deliver insight on campaign performance, and make recommendations on how to improve campaign performance and profitability.
- Coordinate delivery of Premium Display campaigns with Ad Ops.
- Daily tracking on campaign KPIs, manage and sharing regular reporting.
- Assist the Project Managers with post-campaign analysis reports for clients.
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders at key social media platforms.
- Be proactive in industry knowledge sharing across the company to generate new digital ideas.
- Experimentation mindset to test and optimise while brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
- Using strong research skills, identify trends and unique content ideas to leverage in sales pitches.
Your profile
You will have a solid understanding of all digital media channels including Display, Paid Social, Email and Programmatic.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw insights from large data.
- Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation.
- Ability to identify new opportunities, test, learn and maximise performance.
- Organised, proactive and shows initiative to solve problems.
- Creative thinker and brimming with new ideas.
Experience
- Paid Social Campaign experience - planning, strategy, activation, optimisation, and reporting.
- Experience across multiple platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, Google Ads, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat.
