Digital Growth Manager (Maternity Cover)

Your mission
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Growth Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead and manage H! Fashion’s digital content strategy and execution during a 1 year period of maternity leave.

This role is central to growing H! Fashion’s digital presence by building a highly engaged community, increasing audience loyalty, and driving revenue through innovative, fashion-led content. The successful candidate will ensure all digital output aligns with the brand’s distinctive voice, style, and audience, while delivering strong performance against ambitious community, social and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Strategy & Execution

  •  Deliver H! Fashion’s digital content strategy in line with editorial and commercial goals.
  •  Maintain and champion H! Fashion’s tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital platforms. Social Growth, Community, Newsletter & KPIs.
  •  Drive significant growth in social views, community growth and audience engagement, meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs.
  • Use advanced analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to track performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  •  Deliver current strategies to grow loyalty through newsletters, social platforms, and other digital channels.
  •  Deliver daily newsletter strategy working alongside editors to ensure tone of voice, following strategic vision and growth of list.
  • Support the delivery of digital and social strategies around major events, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Participate in social media and online video content where required .E-commerce & Revenue Generation.
  • Produce compelling fashion and shopping content that drives affiliate revenue and commercial performance.
  •  Work closely with commercial teams to identify, test, and develop new monetisation opportunities and partnerships.

Team Collaboration & Site Management

  •  Collaborate closely with the Editor and Audience teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.
  •  Stay up to date with digital trends, platforms, and innovations, sharing insights with the wider team. 

Leadership & Analytics

  • Use performance data and audience insights to evolve content strategy and keep the brand competitive.
  •  Take ownership of regular performance reviews, reporting, and KPI meetings during the cover period.
Your profile
  • Social and community first background with proven results in growing channels and loyal audiences.
  • Passionate about fashion, digital media, and audience growth, with a strong understanding of H! Fashion’s  voice, style, and readership
  • Confident leading a digital content strategy in a fast paced editorial environment.
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how content drives growth, engagement, and revenue.
Experience
  • Experience working in social media and newsletter analytics and performance.
  •  Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics.
  •  Experience working with CMS platforms and data-driven editorial strategies
Qualifications
