As a part of any colleague selection, HELLO! collects and processes personal data in relation to job candidates, in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, “GDPR”).

In this sense, your candidate profile will automatically be deleted from HELLO!’s applicant system after you have sent your personal data, unless you authorize us to keep it for another one hundred and eighty day period.

If you fail to provide information when requested, which is necessary for HELLO! to consider your application, HELLO! will not be able to process your application successfully or at all. Nevertheless, you are not under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide your data to HELLO!

Personio’s role is limited to operating the software and this recruitment website and, in this context, being a processor under article 28 of the GDPR.
